Beautiful soul

You have no idea how many times I thanked God I met you
This handsome man was staring at me while I was smiling back. I found out later he was also a good man. One beautiful soul. We stayed there all night talking about random stuff. He showed me every single tattoo on his body then he played with his fingers on my clavicle.
I can’t explain why I saw him perfect. Maybe it was something with the way he smiles, his eyes, or maybe his hands. I really don’t know. Maybe his beard. Or the way he looked at me. The way he was listening to me. Who knows?
I pray for his happiness like I pray for my own. I hope one day he finds what he’s looking for. He definitely deserves it. Not because he has a beautiful face, but because he has a beautiful heart.
